You get your own InkPin link for each service. Clients open it from your Instagram bio or your chat. Tattoo clients turn a 3D body and tap the spot. Piercing clients tap a picture of the ear, nose or eyebrow. Laser removal clients see the price per session. No app needed.

You set the prices. Clients see a range

Enter your rate, your minimum price and your extra for detail and colour, once. InkPin works out a price range for every spot and size. Every page says: Final price confirmed by the artist. Change your prices any time.

Bookings come to your WhatsApp

Clients press Call or WhatsApp on your price page. The WhatsApp message already has their spot, size, look and a booking code, so you don't need to ask again.

Quick receipt with ink batch and hygiene checks

After a tattoo, fill in the ink brand, the batch number and three hygiene checks. InkPin makes the receipt and opens WhatsApp with the message ready. The client keeps proof of clean work. In this plan, receipts are not saved in InkPin.

Aftercare page with QR code and NFC card

Your aftercare page opens when a client taps an NFC card at your desk or scans the QR code. It shows what to do, what to avoid and when to see a doctor. Add your own note and product name. Change it any time; the card never needs reprinting.

Every finished job is saved with the ink brand, batch number, hygiene checks and payment. If an ink batch ever has a problem, type the batch number and see every client who got it, with a WhatsApp button for each.

Owner view: today's money and who did what

See today's, this week's and this month's money, and which artist did which job, from your phone. Even when you are not at the studio.

Bookings, walk-ins, away days and reschedules

Paste a client's WhatsApp message and the booking fills in by itself. See today's schedule. Mark an artist away and InkPin shows which bookings to move, with the message ready to send.

Do my clients need to install an app?

No. They open a link from your bio or your chat, or tap your card. It works in any phone browser.

Who decides the prices?

You do, always. Clients see a range. Every page says: Final price confirmed by the artist.

Does it work with my WhatsApp number?

Yes. Clients message your own WhatsApp. You don't need a new number or a new app.

Which languages do clients see?

English, Hindi and Odia. Clients pick their language on the page.

Where is my studio's data kept?

InkPin is starting with its first studios in Bhubaneswar. We are still finishing saved records and backups with them. Write to us and we will tell you where things stand.

What does it cost?

Link is ₹799 a month and Studio is ₹999 a month, plus GST. These are launch prices and may change.
