Terms

Last updated: 29 October 2026

Draft. This page is a plain-language draft for the InkPin pilot. It will be reviewed by a lawyer before public launch. Parts marked [TO DECIDE] are not final.

These terms explain how InkPin works between InkPin and the studio that uses it. By using InkPin during the pilot, your studio agrees to them.

1. What InkPin is

InkPin is software for tattoo, piercing and laser removal studios. It gives a studio a price page for its clients, receipts that list the ink and hygiene checks, aftercare pages (by link, QR code or NFC card) and, on the Studio plan, a panel for staff, bookings and records.

2. The pilot

3. Prices and payment

4. Your prices are yours

Your studio sets every price shown on its price page. The page shows a price range and always says: Final price confirmed by the artist. InkPin does not set, promise or guarantee any price to your clients, and is not part of the agreement between your studio and your client.

5. Your studio's responsibilities

6. Aftercare text

InkPin's default aftercare is general information, not medical advice. A page says "Reviewed by Dr." only when a named doctor has reviewed that exact version of the text. Your studio is responsible for any lines it adds or changes. Clients are always told when to see a doctor.

7. Fair use

Do not use InkPin to send spam, to mislead clients, or to break any law. We may pause an account that does, after telling you why.

8. Ending the service

9. Limits

We work hard to keep InkPin running and your data intact, but during the pilot the service is provided as it is. Our total responsibility to your studio is limited to the fees your studio paid in the last 3 months [TO DECIDE].

10. Law and contact

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha [TO DECIDE]. Questions: inkpin.support@gmail.com.
