This page explains what information InkPin handles, why, and what we never do with it.
1. This website
- This website does not use tracking cookies or ad trackers.
- "Start free month" and "Save my place" send the details you type (name, studio name, WhatsApp number, email, city, Instagram, number of artists, plan and your note) to InkPin, only after you tick the box to agree. We never ask for a password on this website. We keep them in InkPin's private Google Sheet, or you send them to us by email. We use them only to contact you about InkPin. Ask us any time to delete them.
- Your browser may remember small settings on your own device (for example that you saw the intro). They never leave your device.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees a normal web request from your browser.
2. Studio clients (price pages and aftercare pages)
- A client can see prices and aftercare without typing anything.
- When a client messages the studio on WhatsApp or calls, that conversation is between the client and the studio.
- Aftercare pages store no client names, phone numbers or emails.
- Pages may count how often a link was opened, as numbers only, without names or numbers.
3. Studio records (Studio plan)
- A studio may save job records: service, ink brand and batch, hygiene checks, amount and payment method, and the client details the studio chooses to keep.
- These records belong to the studio. InkPin keeps them to run the service and does not sell them or use them for advertising.
- Each person in the studio sees only what the owner allows.
- Where records are stored, how they are backed up and how long they are kept: [TO DECIDE]. Our aim is to keep history available for at least one year and to delete it only when the studio asks.
4. What we never do
- We never sell personal information.
- We never message a studio's clients on our own.
- We never ask clients for passwords or payment details.
5. Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, as Indian data protection law allows. Write to inkpin.support@gmail.com. Grievance contact: [TO DECIDE].
6. Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes too. Big changes will be emailed to pilot studios.
